FlowBookings is a booking management platform built natively for Webflow. It lets Webflow users create booking forms that live inside their own website design and manage every booking from one place.
FlowBookings is also our own product, co-founded in 2023. That puts us on the other side of the table: a bootstrapped SaaS team watching traffic arrive and leave without signing up.

Challenges
The website was getting traffic, but it wasn't turning into free trials. Bounce rates were high on the pages that mattered most: home, pricing, and features. The website explained what the product did, but never said who it was for or how it actually worked, so visitors couldn't tell if it was meant for them.
Also, FlowBookings wasn't ranking for "Webflow booking," the one term its buyers were actually searching for. The results were dominated by larger domains and pages that didn't answer the search query at all.

Approach
We started with positioning and defined exactly who FlowBookings is for and why native Webflow booking beats the alternatives that force you into their design. Then we restructured the website around one primary action, the free trial, so every page moved visitors toward it.
We rewrote the copy to carry primary and secondary keywords without weakening the core message, and redesigned the product visuals to show how FlowBookings looks and works inside a real Webflow site. The full project took 4 to 5 weeks from start to launch.
